To start your first course in the art of Kendo or Iaido you will need the following items:
Kendo beginners will need a track suit, a shinai (the shinai is provided by the club for the first time) and a bokken (the bokken is provided by the club for the first time).
After 3-4 months (depending on the progress of each trainee) the practitioner with the consent of the teacher can proceed with the purchase of other equipment (Gi, Hakama, Bogu, Iai to).
