We wish you a good autumn, a good and creative new athletic season of 2011 – 2012 to all.
Our association is organizing under the auspices of EOKIN on Sunday, November 13, 2011 a kyu-level cup for the better preparation of athletes and especially the “new generation” of kendoka. The main purpose of the event is to introduce young athletes to kendo matches, giving them the opportunity to get a first taste and learn in practice the basic rules of shiai and the etiquette, and to provide one more athletic chalenge for experienced players. The fee for each athlete is 10 euro and last statement of participation is Wednesday, November 9. As part of the event examinations up to 1st kyu will also be conducted.
We would like to stress that your participation is necessary both in this and any other sporting event. We urge youtherefore to take part and to register your clubs participants early in order for us to be better organized and prepared for the event for the benefit of us all. We would also like to ask you to notify us if you wish to participate in thearbitration of the cup (for the heads of each club only – 1 person per club).
